A booking is binding from the time you receive this confirmation, so that a charge will be sent for all the nights included in the booking, also in cases where the guest does not arrive and does not use the room due to weather or other circumstances beyond Arctic Aurora’s control. However, you have the option to cancel your booking free of charge within 48 hours of receiving this confirmation.

The room key is left in the room or handed to the Arctic Aurora staff.

All smoking and partying is strictly prohibited, in case of this, an extra charge of 3000,00DKK will be sent and you will be expelled from the room immediately.

If the invoice must be sent, there is a fee of DKK 50,- However, we prefer payment on the day of departure.

Guarantee: This reservation is guaranteed until 18:00 on the day of arrival or a later time according to the information received at check-in.

Cancellation:

If canceled 28 days or more prior to arrival, the booking can be canceled without charge.

Cancellation after 28 days prior to arrival will be charged 25% of the total booking.

Cancellation after 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking.

Cancellation after 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 75% of the total booking.

Cancellation after 3 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking.
